Confidence and Self-Esteem

We need a level of confidence to go out and face the world. Confidence helps us to perform, interact and strive to reach our goals. But when we start to doubt everything and worry about possibilities, it can lead to – or stem from – a lack of confidence.

Solution focused hypnotherapy works to put you into a positive mindset so that you feel good about yourself. The psychotherapy element helps you to address your goals and identify the things you could do to can restore your faith. Combined with hypnotherapy, you can feel more self- assured and able to cope.

How many sessions will I need?

We can discuss this in the intro call or the first session. The number of sessions you need will vary. Everybody is different.

An average of 8-12 sessions will be required for stress-related problems and anxiety.

Specific phobias such as a fear of flying or spiders will usually require about 4 sessions.
