Our bodies need sleep for growth and physical and mental health. Sleep can affect our mood, weight, relationships, ability to think clearly and overall health. When we’ve had sufficient sleep we can function well, making the types of choices that are healthier for our lifestyle.

Pretty much everyone with chronic sleep problems feels exhausted, frustrated and desperate for a good night’s sleep. By using a variety of effective techniques, we can bring down your overall stress levels and break negative thought patterns help improve both your sleep quality and quantity. When we sleep, we go through different phases. Each stage is important, but hypnotherapy aim to utilise the Rapid Eye Movement (REM) phase is when our muscles relax and our brains engage in emotional processing.

The sessions will help us to focus on goals we have set and concentrate on enjoying deep, restorative sleep. leaving you feeling more positive, energised and ready for whatever lies ahead.

How many sessions will I need?

We can discuss this in the intro call or the first session. The number of sessions you need will vary. Everybody is different.

An average of 8-12 sessions will be required for stress-related problems and anxiety.

Specific phobias such as a fear of flying or spiders will usually require about 4 sessions.
